same ole', when there cheap no one buying, but everyone looking, cos' they ponder why, then they rise and no one buys, cos' they are not quite as cheap as they were, so they'll wait and see, then they move etc and they start to buy at premium, then they rise on little buying and before u know, historic sp average, then they rub their chins and think why did'nt i buy when they were cheap

never mind there always next time!!!

and so the story goes on and on and on.....................
