Recall from last RHEP announcement:

"Following this transaction Mr Craig McGuckin is now interested in 3,571,839
Ordinary Shares beneficially owned by Clemm Pty Limited and 714,211 Ordinary
Shares beneficially owed by Sarell Pty Limited. The aggregate total beneficial
interest of Mr Craig McGuckin in Rheochem plc is therefore now 4,286,050
Ordinary Shares representing 4.76 % of the issued ordinary share capital of
Rheochem."

Verdict - probably not OCE selling !
