There are now thousands of accredited training companies providing the PCM Course but there course content is based upon the PMI (PM Institute) as the governing body. One thing I noticed that has changed is that a pass mark used to be 80%. I suppose like the MCSE when it was first introduced, things evolve and change. Do you still have to do your practical exam as well? This is where a lot of people failed in the past. The theory was one thing but the 2 week Practical simulation exam was a right bas*ard! I know that people where saying the simulation should be scrapped and replaced by work experience, some wanted both. Don't know what changes have happened though. I used to subscribe annually but stopped about 5 years back.
