There is now something like 180 days for the US to unveil the laws or rules for the unlawful internet gaming ban. So far, i have seen nothing that will lead me to believe that NLR will be completely forced to leave the US market. With NLR accepted as a payment provider for non-gaming related sites in the US then the federal authorities cannot just ask for US residents to be blocked from the NLR site as this would be in breach of free trade agreements for legal businesses. The next 6 months will be very interesting but NLRs business remains unaffected for the moment and the cash pile continues to grow and the roll outs and expansion otuside the US continue apace. If the US leaves it to the last month to make the rules then NLR will have a cash pile of around $300m.
This is still an outright buy with a price target in the 200-220 range assuming US withdrawal for gaming sites, more if there are ways around the rulings. Im happy to add on weakness. If nothing else then the results in mid march will make interesting reading.
regards,
Paul
