no , not yet ... they originally said they wernt going to close, then they said they will comply when the 270 window is closed ( if it ever gets closed, plus nlr worded their last statement so they could wriggle either way depending on how things unravel)....
tbh the question you ask is the one on everyones minds.... nlr have for now taken to spotlight off themselves by sayign they will comply but who knows what will happen when it comes to the crunch?.... place your bets accordingly....
