Neteller - Will they take Europe by storm as well?

I have had a look at first_pay.com

Some things I found a bit strange.
They give their contact number as
Phone 000.000.0000

Their live support was offline which I have never seen with Neteller.
They must have gone to bed.

I don't think you could take seriously a website with an underscore in their name.

The two biggest pokersites don't use them. Didn't bother to look at any more.
