Muj,
You just need to get your head around what has happened here, its just like an acquisition by any company. This time the acquisition has been done by paper only. This is still NCS, but has a new wholly owned subsidiary TomCo. People are speculating that the name will change to TomCo, and it may. It was NCS that acquired Tomco and not the other way around, that is probably what is confusing some here. Just think of it as an acquisition, that's all that it was. It was just the fact that Tomco was valued higher than NCS that classed it as a reverse take over under AIM rules. The company is likely to have a name change though.
Regards,
Ed.
