Now why one has to pay high price? on news of reverse T/O and further adquisitions
Being at NCS means being into a company with TOP management so one has to pay premium, Apart from "Howard Crosby " new directors being appointed (are first class), that is why they managed to get enough investors to pay 2.5p on the placing instead of the 1.05p or below at suspension price, that is the case in many occasions.
One could say why such a high price 2.5p? but that is the price the investors were willing to pay on the placing to get a good stake on the company is my undertanding.
REASON?
The Placing has not been underwritten, meaning (enough investors taking the stock at this high price) saving a lot of money for the company. Otherwise they would have done the placing at much lower price
