There are some very confused posters above. This is a very good deal for existing NCS shareholders. Please remember that the share price was 1/10th of the 2.5p placing price less than a year ago. I sold all of mine at c1.1p as I decided that I would rather take a profit (and a a good one at that!) rather than be left with shares in a suspended company with no certainty of a deal. I wished I had kept some now, but a profit is a profit! In the short-term, you would expect the share price to adjust to the placing price reasonably quickly. Bottom line though is that existing shareholders have done better than those buying in the placing, as very few existing shareholders (if any) paid 2.5p for their shares. Well done to those that stuck with this!
