Good morning Mercier,for the sake of debate lets forget for the minute about value, if your reasoning is to stand up then we could expect all shares to be priced at value, and as seasoned investors we are aware this is not so.

There are perhaps thousands of companies in the market whos price is not even at par with their assets, many above and below the line.

The value of NCS at todays price is in the name of CROSBY & PALS, the price of NCS will be driven along by his past exploits people will buy into the company on this alone, and my view is it has more to go until so and such time that the guys fail, which is highly unlikely in my view.

By way of comparison look at SER it has the assets but the price is below nett assets because of the directors inabilty to drive the company forward.

Komolosy kept NCS ticking over for just this type of reversal, there is only one part that puzzles me why he was allowed to retain the percentage of shares that he has.

My shares were bought prior to suspension maybe 2 years ago and stand at .0048p, and I shall purchase more on the 27th up to the price of the placing.

Maybe you should consider a purchase Mercier.
