Yes all shares traded on Friday were valueless. Netcentric has not traded for 5 years for crying out loud. At the interims in June 2006 shareholders funds stood at £44K without mentioning the outstanding debt. So where the hell is the value in Netcentric.
On the 13th March 2006 Howard Crosby took control of Netcentric by purchasing 29.9% of the company from PSG Solutions for the princely sum of £61,000. If the company was worth £183K in March this year and has not traded since where has the current market cap of £1.7 million come from.
The actions of these directors are questionable to say the least. Netcentric is worth 0p but the purchase of shares buy HC was a nominal action because it has always been their intention to reverse Tomco into NCS (or the other way round it makes no difference) since he took control.
So where does this leave private shareholders in NCS. So long as enough people like yourself continue to believe there is value in NCS then private shareholders should be ok. But if the markets cotton onto the fact that NCS is worthless then private shareholders that continue to hold will be in trouble. The fact that the bid now stands at 1.75p before the placing at 2.5p does suggest intelligent investors have wised up to what's going on.
