You're under 2.5p and will fall to 0p before 16th January 2007 because as it stands Netcentric has no intrinsic value until Tomco is bought. Netcentric is currently a shell company with no ongoing businesses and has not traded since August 2001 (5 years ago). Just remember the stock was suspended because the directors were not able to complete the reverse takeover in time to meet the tougher AIM listing criteria.
The new company called Tomco will be valued at £5 million based on the placing of 200 million shares at 2.5p per share. The placing of the 200 million shares will take effect on the 16th January 2007. Until then Netcentric is worth zilch.
When the new shares are admitted to the AIM Tomco will be worth £5 million. Do not imagine that Netcentrics current value of £3.1 million will be added to the £5 million to give a market value of £8.1 million. The directors have reversed Tomco into Netcentric without telling the private shareholders they valued Netcentric at 0p before the reverse takeover.
I would also add in my humble opinion it is the intention of the directors to delist Tomco from the AIM as soon as practically possible and seek a listing in the US. In the Preliminary Results dated 29th March 2006 the Chairman S A Komlosy said "We are also examining the transfer of the quotation of your Company's ordinary shares from AIM to OFEX in order to maintain a market by which shareholders may trade their shares". There is nothing in the recent circular to suggest this plan has changed.
Take your 1.75p whilst you can and return after the placing if you are convinced the company has a future on the AIM, but do not hang about in Netcentric.
