Netcentric - has a target been identified?

Nice find godolphin, whats your take on these odd trades at these prices, fairly new to this stock, bought in on the 50% drop, chart indicates almost complete in-activity for a long period before the drop. A few more 500k trades and the 11m will be cleared, hence the small rises on tiny volume! Spread seems to be narrowing as well thats if the 90 odd k is a buy, surely it was. Noticed someone got .16 today for 100 and odd k as apose to 200k @ 0.13 yesterday! Big difference in % terms!
