Share action groups are normally formed when shareholders are dissatisfied with the direction in which the management are taking the company. I don't believe its the case here. All we are dissatisfied with is the lack of corporate news released into the market. However it is an issue that has materially contributed to a shareprice that can only be described as a joke.
The AGM is due on or before 14th January 2005. In the AGM I want to hear news about current trading and the launch of NetPenUK.
If anyone of these is missing or the AGM is delayed beyond 14th January 2005 then an action group should be formed straight away.
In my opinion the action group should be formed by malkie as he/she has experience in these matters. Anybody else would simply spend the first six months making beginner's mistakes.
The growth rate of Netb2b2 is accelerating as acknowledged by their brokers, yet the company is priced as if the receivers are about to be called in next week.
Netb2b2 is four years old. The shareprice was entitled to a period of grace as they built up their reputation as a quality reseller. The company now enters its fifth year and in my opinion they have now arrived. It's time this company moved from out of the shadows and into the light.
