sian - there could be thousands of possible explanations - and I wouldn’t rule out any of them.......I have personally witnessed conspiracies that would send shivers down your spine.......nothing surprises me any more.
But I can’t explain what I don’t know and to speculate would be a waste of time and energy.
But if I were to stick my neck out I would say that the price stagnation is mainly down to NEB's corporate PR - or lack of it - combined with uncertainties regarding possible share consolidation and potential acquisitions........

in short - nothing that a good old-fashioned shareholders action group wouldn’t bring to a head!!
