Happy New Year to all NEB share holders (we need it!!)
The balance sheet arrived throuth the post this week and for newcomers below here are the directors share holdings

The rest of the shares appear to be owned by the general public with aprox 32% by the directors
K Y has certainly put his money where his mouth is,looking at the figs

All the options dont kick in until the share price reaches 55p and then only 22,500 the next price is 75p and still only 220,075
the next option price is £1.40.

I also noticed that they now appear to be using "Bank invoice discounting" 320k for 2006

Over all my conclusion was that there was a very good chance that 2007 could see a recovery in the shareprice but by how much we will have to wait and see
Nothing was paid to fernhart up to June 30th due to it making a 36k loss on a turnover of 66.5k .Its really going to have to put a move on to get any more money at all.Date for AGM not yet set (seems strange).
