(LEG) An RTO seems likely: Legendary Investments, the trading vehicle of Joe Bloggs entrepreneur Shami Ahmed, in which Zafar Karim, the investment banking specialist has allegedly been slowly builing up a stake in. The company has £3m in assets, but is currently valed at £800k.
Stock seems hard to obtain (MM's are very short) Could it see 1p + short term.
It seems to have all the hallmarks of a RTO vehicle (Look at STEP, NCS..etc)
