CS had net assets of over 50p. MT. had net liabilities.

MT currently have virtually no net assets EVEN after the d4e conversion. In fact its negligible now.

CS NEVER had a d4e like MT. They actually got CASH for issuing more shares unlike MT.

Even after CS. rights issue, number of shares in issue is c.4b.

Compare that to MT which will have 14.5 Billion

More importantly CS are expected to make £600m in profits for the full year. EPS of 15p. Thats something like 18 months after the new share issue.

MT. are expecting to make an eps of 0.25p in the same period. Which is around £35m.


BIG BIG difference.
