MyTravel audited results for the 13 months to 31 October 2004
MyTravel Group plc announces that its results for the 13 months to 31 October
2004 have now been audited and will be included in the Listing Particulars to be
issued shortly for the admission of new shares in connection with the company's
restructuring. The results are as stated in the preliminary announcement of 15
December. The auditors' report is unqualified. The company expects to publish
its annual report and accounts in early February.
