When I say 're-list', 2magpies, I mean as a new company, with a new name, new share-price. Obviously they are trading already as we speak, but under MYA still. I'm talking about when the new shares are issued.
One of the resolutions to be proposed at the EGM is the creation of 1,250,000,000 new shares, at 25 pence per share which would be a dilution following the share consolidation. If resolved, then the market capitalisation would not look quite so attractive. I don't feel overly confidant that they will 'open' (for want of a better word) at 30-45p per share.
