No lock in as per RO at the EGM, but they do not anticipate that WrayHemsley's interests are a quick in-and-out after 3 yearsw of conversations before they bought in.
RO and another exec exercised warants/options shortly before Xmas after results posted - could be one of themm with some personal expenses to meet. Does not seem to have harmed hte SP nicely up 5.9% since New Year.
Edit: PS. Both 25k's marked as sell and ? could well be buys, the ? certainly, since as T trades were instigated when SP was 70/73.
