I agree with the last two postings. My main concerns at present are 1) is there an institution or large shareholder still offloading as there are periodic large sells? I see this as a buying opportunity though and 2) have there been any more problems with the new automatic ceramics kiln in Manchester? Time will tell.
I too have been with Pilk's since Quilligotti days and bearing in mind the great improvements in the production process's of Ceramics and terrazzo (having been around the factories recently and in Quilligotti days) and the property assets, view the company as hugely undervalued IMHO.
