I've stuck with them since Quilligotti days and have seen them through the 'merger'with pilks.
I,ve been frustrated with the various attempts to get value out of the balance sheet, including the purchase of the company in the dairy tile business.
I cant help but hope that Mary-Lorraine Hughes has her ideas straight now and can get some credibility - perhaps by working on the Poole site?
I have asked the development team in the Local Authority how and when Pilkington Tiles could be affected by the development plans down there.
If the site is valued, as speculated,at £8-10 million, then the rest of the business is nominally for free!
My guess is for a share value at around 15-20p; a return to dividend payment would help in reaching this - I need 18p to break even!
Interesting to see if they make any year end tip sheets!
Keep smiling for the new year
