Energy Equity Resources (EER) is a young but established E&P business. Our principal activities are on proven hydrocarbon regions in Africa and the Middle East. We have exploration and development assets in the Nigeria/Sao Tome Joint Development Zone and in Nigeria and are aggressively evaluating further opportunities. We are growing our business by building local partnerships in each country and plan to go to IPO in 2007.
