Your complaints re ramping are a tad hypocritical since you were one of the main instigators of the rumour and innuendo on this BB. Here are a few examples of the complete drivel you were spouting:

punters i am hearing an announcement is very close probabably one day next week possibly Monday
harry punter - 17 Aug'05 - 05:32 - 748 of 1213
i am hearing that this could be another futuragene --even if the shares only treble its still a huge result --i think you have to be prepared just in case the shares are suspended for a short period- i also believe the prospect of the shares being suspended to some extent is now unfortunately putting a temporary brake on the share price -

should see 10p this week \o/

lecks -its very frustrating but as far as i am aware everything is looking very good and plans are all on track -i am hearing that we should get confirmation and details of our first major deal any day now ----
. . . and then apparently it’s all someone else’s fault when the price starts to drop.

just look at the charts -and work it out for yourself -ramped from the reqouted period by some of the large locked in shareholders who paid aprox a penny --then bullshitting stating various deals are signed but in fact this was proved to be false info -- still its all in the game -and must now be put down to a bitter and costly experience
You then go on to make yourself look even more foolish by not knowing when the possible reporting dates are for VOS and when a close period applies. The prelims date of 5 October 2005 mentioned on some financial web sites was only indicative because VOS put out their last prelims on 5 October 2004. If you read the Aim Rules for Companies – July 2005 (www.londonstockexchange.com/NR/rdonlyres/2D3045A7-BA4F-4753-87C0-D9B5D13D0C0A/0/CurrentAIMrulesJuly2005latest.pdf) you will see that an AIM company has up to 6 months after the appropriate period end to produce interim and prelim results. Since the year-end for VOS is 30 June the directors have until the end of December 2005 to publish the prelims. Therefore the prelims are not late, far from it.
Why should the management do any more to stabilise the share price, it’s up to the market to decide what the price is? However to intimate that management have done nothing is complete nonsense IMHO.
The Knifton / Weller stake of 29.7% was sold to Hereford Group Limited and the current directors were instrumental in this deal as per the VOS interims on 29 March 2005:
I have been appointed as chairman and Mr D. E. Chambers as Director, in place of
Messrs L.E.V. Knifton and T.C. Hellman, who have resigned. As part of the
changes, the stake of 29.7% (prior to the recent share placing) in the issued
share capital of the company held by Zaika Limited, a company controlled by
Messrs Knifton and Weller, has been acquired by Hereford Group Limited, a Hong
Kong company.
I believe the address for the company is:
HEREFORD GROUP LIMITED
12th Floor, Ruttonjee House
11 Duddell Street
Central, Hong Kong
There is a UK address for a Hereford Group Ltd at Companies House as follows:
HEREFORD GROUP LIMITED
14 WEST STREET
HORSHAM
WEST SUSSEX RH12 1PB
Does anyone have any info about who is behind Hereford Group as I can find very little on the web?
Contrary to claims by some I believe that what kicked off the share price move up was the purchase of 6.57% of the shares that was announced on 3 August 2005. There were some fairly hefty purchases mid to late July, which saw the price move from 3p to 5p. KC Investments appear to have bought their shares in the open market at or around recent levels, which makes the purchase interesting IMHO.
Companies House has an address for KC investments as follows:
K.C. INVESTMENTS LIMITED
HIGHWOOD NEWBIGGEN STREET
THAXTED
DUNMOW
ESSEX CM6 2QT
Does anyone have any info about who is behind Hereford Group as I can find little on the web?
For me the most significant announcement was this one on 12 August 2005:
The Directors of Voss Net plc ("Voss Net" or "the Company") are pleased to announce that Williams de Broe Plc has been appointed as the Company's nominated adviser and broker with immediate effect.
The Directors of Voss Net are currently assessing a number of potential acquisitions, however, at this stage, no decision has been taken as to the most suitable project for the Company and its shareholders and the Directors will communicate with shareholders and the market as soon as a suitable project has been agreed upon.
Williams de Broe are a relatively well respected advisor and broker and don’t tend to get involved in piddling little AIM based cash shells. Denny Chambers used to work for Williams de Broe and as such was involved with Nealon and Aquarius Platinum.
So both Nealon and Chambers have a history and it’s in mining, which leads me to believe that at some point there will be a mining deal announced in the future. However, I don’t know when because I’m sure these things take an age to finalise.
This is all IMHO and I could be wrong and of course no ramp intended.
