Offer for Subscription - Basis of Allocation

The Board of Motion Media PLC today announced the basis of allocation of the
Offer for Subscription in respect of the Placing and Offer for Subscription as
described in the Company's prospectus dated 29 November 2002, as follows:

Qualifying shareholders will receive an allocation on the following basis:

Maximum allocation: 1,219,800
Applications between 750,000 shares and the maximum allocation: 750,000
Applications between 460,000 shares and 749,999 shares: 460,000

All other qualifying shareholders are allocated their application in full.

Non-qualifying shareholders will receive the minimum application of 40,000
shares.
