People's definition of being in talks varies quite a bit. If you look at the Viseon site you will see that they actually list some of the cable companies that are testing their videophones in the US. They have also converted their videophones to use the SIP protocol which the cable companies want.

MMD may be 'talking' to cable companies whilst other videophones companies are having their products tested by the cable companies. I am sure that if MMD were having their kit tested they might be pleased to announce it. Or are they going to hide behind the NDA nonsense that does not seem to affect other videophone companies.
