QAZ in a later post (#4224), you knowningly de-ramped Alizyme(AZM) on another matter. You stated that the FDA's delayed decision on Acomplia [to pass labelling/approval] would "further delay a deal on AZM's Cetilistat". You know very well that was the opposite of what AZM's CEO stated in AZM's recent webcast (1/12/06). You have regularly repeated the same untruthful de-ramping claim on here. I know you have listened carefully to the webcast, as you have commented on the webcast in detail on this thread. Thus you have no excuse for your untruthful de-ramping

The proof of your untruthful de-ramping is as follows.

2) 28 mins into the webcast (through to 30m:38s) the CEO was asked a question, if there were any issues preventing a deal being done for Cetilistat and his answer was the exact opposite of what you posted. What the CEO actually stated (28m:30s) was:-
"when we[AZM] first started talking to partners at the begining of this year there is[SIC] a hole around the area of Acomplia's labelling or not getting its labelling and approval". However the CEO then explained(29m:09s) that in his "personal opinion, and this is backed up speaking to potential partners, is that has moved now". We went on to state(29:53) that "looking at how our[AZM's] discussions have gone on, they have moved on. I know that Richard[past CEO] has made this comment in the past, that one of the things that have held up our partnering, has been the uncertainty around Acomplia, and I think that was right a while ago, but things have moved on now and people are now viewing Cetilistat in its own right".... "So it is standing in its own right now, so I think we have now moved on - picking up your question"

Thus it is clear AZM's CEO has stated that potential partners are not tying the timing of a deal for AZM's Cetilistat, to the delay in the approval/labelling of Acomplia. This is the exact opposite of what you posted.

New news. Looks like the FDA's decision on Acomplia may now be moved from April to June (so further delaying a deal on AZM's Cetilistat) and there are even delays on Xenical (which has close similarities to AZM's Cetilistat) as follows:
