Top down, the strategic positioning of the company is turning it into a global leader in a rapidly expanding sector. If you believe that content and a captive consumer subscription base is key (as I do), then this is the place to be. In the short-term however, there could be a number of integration/culture issues that need to be dealt with, but then Snook is probably the best person to do it so there is some comfort there.
