Agree with BIGJOHN's observation last night that some stocks showing signs of support. AGT, GMG, MFW, SGC, CS.....MT. almost firm, MDY might get back to 7.25 buy, THUS dunno.
Someone else suggested that telecoms have bottomed out. Almost, bust they could slide fast if back to 3600 ballpark, and comp. comm. statement due early Jan so wary till then, even on my favourite OOM.
For this coming week, unless inexplicably there is a wee bounceback, I'm looking for the safest shorts possible.
BP. curious one....crude flying, war imminent, Ven. strike getting worse, if long Iraq war oil will soar, but punters clearly scared of the sharp snapback that will happen when the Ven. strike ends.
