It is to the Aim’s eternal shame that they let them join, but I doubt MNT have done anything illegal. It is not an offence to make the shareholders money, nor is it an offence to loose it for them.
After we all got stitched up some years ago you would think that the punters would have seen the light. Alas, some of the comments on these threads recently teach us that there is always another bunch of hopefulls coming along to be shafted. You might also have thought that a brief Internet search of MNT`s success rate on past projects and dealings in general would have said it all and common sense would have told them to keep clear.
The fameous axim of business is all too true, "never give a sucker an even break".
