HOLDINGS IN COMPANY
Ovoca Resources Plc (Ovg.i Dublin : Ovg.l London) announces that Minmet plc has
informed the Company on 24 December 2004 that they have disposed of 5,500,000
ordinary shares of EUR 0.025 each in Ovoca Resources plc on 23 December 2004.
Following the sale referred to above, MinMet plc do not hold any shares of Ovoca
Resources plc.
The Company has also been informed on 24 December 2004 by Mr. Tom O'Gorman that,
following transactions on the 21 to 24 December 2004, he has increased his
holding in the Company, and now holds 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 9.39% of the issued capital of the Company.
