If you were to start and then control a new thread you can prevent any nominated poster (who isn't a subscriber) by banning them from posting. You click on their nickname and ban them...it's very easy. You can't do that to premium posters other than filter them as far as I know. Sabby is not premium but his very very very close, erhem, friend Bluey is, or was.
Would welcome a new thread as I think Stocktrader has probably moved on or it would appear that way anyway.
