Thanks very much - a good find! Nice to hear an honest and plain talking CEO, but not much short term to provide encouragement. I was a little disappointed on the ethanol project - not that much revealed, either because price sensitive or because it's still early stage. Overall, my thoughts were:
- undoubtedly the nickel project has MAJOR potential, but dispute needs to be settled before this can move forward.
- Ethanol and New Waverley are unknowns at the moment, but could be interesting;
- missed opportunity to give investors a clear message of the future for Mincorp.
Unfortunately, no hint of anything of interest short or medium term in 2007.
Not sure where this one is heading, but if they run out of funds then I suspect Bruce Rowan will step in - that's my thought or hope anyway - i.e. that Bruce will always use this as a vehicle at the 1p price given the shares and warrants that he has at that price. Maybe an interesting shell company for the future if Reginald doesn't deliver.
By the way..Is Reginald the oldest Chairman and Chief Executive of an AIM company. That would be worth a bit of PR at least. Hats off to him for doing the business well into his 80s - lets hope we will be able to operate as well as him at that age!
