Re Laguan proposed vat leaching......

From recent minesite write up on Sterling Silver.

The company has bought the Baroness silver tailings property containing up to 5 million tonnes of tails that are being treated in vats to recover residual silver.
Recovery problems have not allowed the project to live up to its earlier expectations but Mr De Motte thinks that the addition of 12 more vats to the original 18 will solve the problem. He is optimistic that in 2007 the project will meet is original expectations and produce 30,000 to 50,000 ounces of silver a month.

Lots of vats required if this method were to go ahead at Laguna.
