Just backed up the substance of this complaint with a trivial but annoying loss - just a penny or two in a small trade (1000). The broker admitted that there had been active offers over my level, adding, "but they were all buys".
Fine, why didn't they buy from me?
"Oh, we're not one of the MMs, our offers would not automatically go to them...[add more garbage-sounding excuses which I could not understand]"
Fascinating.
Sensing my annoyance, he then went and "worked" my offer, and got it taken, not for my original limit but still for more than the supposed "best offer".
I am not good at being insistant, much less impolite, but that is it seems the only way to get hustling, or even market, prices for a Sell order.
Am stuck with this awful service for reasons noted in previous recent postings.
