This itself could have been the true reason for the recent Directorate alterations. I do not believe for a minute it was over a trivial matter of him deciding to cash in 1 M shares worth a measly 150K. Sonmething is far wrong with that reason, it is utterly flimsy. I don't like the true reason being hidden. It suggests that the cover-up is mutual, and not in our interest.
