MIO today.. very useful stuff from Pallas Green, and Irkin, your post is a very helpful one. You know I believe we are guaranteed the 20p price and better, at least 30% upside as said, with £10 M placing if neccessary.
Yet you don't say what Rodger Turner said about a stock placing , in addition to fund raising for Laguna did you?
If so what was his reaction? maybe it was mentioned last week that he didnt expect the need, so you;ve not said more - is that right?

a fund raising is a headache for small investor /traders who often do not wish to be stuck in a stock yet if they are in it , and its going well, can afford to become 'investors' over months and we keep them on board. These good peeps feel rocked by a fund raising , so its bad for them and bad for the sp. A fund raising would be around 12 p. Why buy now if thats the situation? we really must know.
