MINCO gold and silver explorer.... the facts

Odd: prompted by the "bites the dust" gag on this string, I yesterday (Wednesday) checked the MINCO website for news of the Dorman departure. Note that this news WAS NOT POSTED THERE several hours after you people had all commented on it.

Now I know that such departures, and announcement of same, are bound by all sorts of regulations. No doubt at all but that MIO notified the authorities, and that the press wires, etc, picked up on these in the normal way.

But is it not odd that MIO's own website were so tardy in breaking the news?

Just poor housekeeping I suppose, but it is all another unsettling sign for all us die-hard MIO fans.

I agree with "anynews" that Matthew seemed capable and impressive - though I did always wonder about the lack of any hint of rough hands, literal or figurative. I all the months of impatience I experienced wondering when the (not-very-sophisticated) engineering necessary to dredge Laguna might begin to be installed, I often thought that MD might have shown similar impatience himself, and acted on it. My point is that had he been a "rough hands" miner, he would have been unable to resist the temptation to get out there and dredge that damned lake, if necessary with his bare hands.

Pallas is a forgivable distraction from this (given its potential), but Vodordozdelnoye was clearly not.
