Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has been described as a "bully" by Arsenal great Bob Wilson.
The former Arsenal goalkeeper and goalkeeping coach was talking in the wake of Chelsea's 2-0 win over the Gunners at Highbury on Sunday.
"I think a lot of people will enjoy it when Mourinho tumbles and stumbles," Wilson told BBC Radio Five Live.
"What I do not like is the arrogance that he has. Jose Mourinho at the moment is a little bit of a bully."
Mourinho disappeared down the Highbury tunnel after Sunday's match without shaking Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger's hand.
He then accused the Gunners of trying to capitalise on Michael Essien's recent disciplinary problems and had previously described Wenger as a "voyeur".
Mourinho calls Wenger a voyeur
"I think his voyeur taunt was an absolute disgrace," added Wilson.
"I have talked to guys who work for Mourinho and they say he is absolutely fantastic but you cannot do as he is doing, not shaking hands.
"The truth of Sunday's result is that at this moment in time Chelsea are the best team in the country and that is credit to the players and the coaches that surround them.
"But what I'm upset about, what I don't like, is the arrogance that he (Mourinho) has."
The victory leaves his side 20 points ahead of their London rivals.
Mourinho said: "The distance between us is now very big and we should not worry about it.
I was impressed with the whole team

"But the distance between us and Manchester United and Liverpool meant a draw wouldn't have been good for us and we had to go for three points."
Goals from Arjen Robben and Joe Cole were enough to give Chelsea their first league win at Highbury since 1990.
And Mourinho was impressed with the Dutchman's contribution after a spell on the sidelines.
He added: "He made a big contribution to the three points.
"He has been very tired after the last three games but we had a week to recover and get him sharp and the result was very impressive.
"I was impressed with the whole team and we pressured them without even having a backpass right from the start. I think they were surprised by that.
"When Manchester United won at Aston Villa yesterday I became more confident about this result. I knew the players would answer in the right way."
