Samsung Corp., Nortel Networks Korea Forge Alliance in Sales
SEOUL, Nov. 20 (Yonhap) -- Nortel Networks Corp.'s Korean unit said Thursday it agreed to cooperate with Samsung Corp., a trading arm of South Korea's biggest conglomerate, to sell its telecom equipment and services.

In a statement, Nortel, one of the world's biggest telecom equipment makers, said it would sell switching, wireless and optical network systems, which allow communications firms to build high-capacity data and voice networks, via Samsung's sales channels.
