Emblaze Ltd (Emblaze or 'the Group') announces that between 6 December and 21
December 2006, it purchased a further 538,183 shares (4.08%) of the outstanding
issued share capital of Formula Systems (1985) Ltd (Formula) (NASDAQ: FORTY) in
the open market and in a private transaction with specific sellers.
This increases the total of Emblaze's holding in Formula to 42.35%.
