Question on bridges - why to road engineers wait 'til X-mas week to erect new flyovers and block the highways with cranes and heavy loads? When did they discover that three lane roundabouts are a traffic nightmare. All the Joe Soaps knew years ago. Why are the road planners having to add extra lanes to a new motorway opened only four years ago. Why did it take one dead per mile per year of road before they fitted steel traffic barriers.

When are some of them going to be sacked, jailed and executed. Never.
