Having read the posts for the last week on here , most of it unfortunately is just woffle and no fact.Forget some of the property numbers quoted , I and my sister in law work for two different Estate agents. The market prices are down some 5-10% from the peak. That is the price at which offers are being agreed. There is no sign of an upturn. Only those houses priced realistically are being sold. We have lots of houses at stale prices from 6-12 months ago where individuals will not reduce and have no chance of selling. where any figures of a rise come from i do not know.
