MFI Lower As Profit-Takers Move In -Analyst

1351 GMT [Dow Jones] MFI (MFI.LN) lower amid a small bout of profit-taking, says trader. Analyst agrees this is the case pointing to the "reasonable spike up" in the shares last week, which is most probably attributable to rehashed bid talk, and which may have forced a few short positions to close. On the trading side, notes that furniture retailers are always very quiet over the Christmas season, thus it is unlikely to be anything coming from that front. Shares -4.5% at 74.75p, on light volumes. (PBA)
