papa: I see your comment about Ensight driving a hard bargain but I can't see MJ or Vav's reply.
What I would remind people of is the fact that Vav suggested strongly previously there would be no JV, and indeed agreed with me that if there were it was likely to be THE company maker (post 2445).
This of course was prior to a JV where he suggested there would not be a JV as there was nothing in it for any JV partner with no assets of interest....again proven quite wrong.
