PP you are correct in believing that at the moment MRP does have 100% of the
Delores prospect.

What you have to remember are 3 things.

1. They are looking to farm out the Delores prospect so they will not retain the 100%

2. They will need to raise money

3. Due to delays It looks like they will not now drill a well in Q1 2007
