Very strange, but hastily deleted post by Novice. It appears every time MRP start to climb? This time however, provably untrue!

Guys - I hate to put the mockers on anything - because todays rise is more than welcome - but I received correspondence confirming that the AIM Regulation team are looking at the RNSs of Meridian over the past 12 months.


JUST TO CONFIRM NOVICE'S POST WAS UNTRUE. Perhaps other posts should be now considered with trepidation.

I'm afraid that all investigations we carry out are confidential and we are
unable to update an enquirer on the progress or outcome.

This is because the information we request or receive from a Nominated
Adviser or an AIM company is often price sensitive or confidential in
itself and so in order to investigate a matter and obtain such
information, it must be kept private between the parties.

In addition the sanctions available to the Exchange if it finds there is
rule breach include private sanctions (such as a fine or a private
censure) and therefore it would not be appropriate for us to update
enquirers as to progress or outcome.
