IJ,
It's more the corruption that exists between the mm's, the brokers and the insti's that gets me.
Over here when they want to buy into a company they have to buy in and it is plain for all to see.
I have been lucky recently with a small cap Zinc co where I held 12million shares. My avg was 2.2c and as soon as they were discovered by the brokers they hit 10c within 2 months. They played all the games in the book to try and fool the avg pi, but to those with a trained eye it was as clear as mud that the big boys were/are buying.
A far fairer system and not easy for anyone to corrupt.
For me the AIM needs no mm's and also should not allow short selling, especially for co's with mcaps of less than #50m!
cheers
