Andy its all relative though. Any share carries a risk, and often people may ask 'how low do you think this can go' and the answer with any share is 0.
Although the likelihood is very low on some.
So I really don't think any AIM share can be safely described as low risk, if by comparison on the main market, the blue chips are in my book low risk.
The reason they come to AIM is that it is less costly, mainly as a result of less vigorous checking and enforcement.
But I certainly take the point about doing some research, and where many seem to think that is ust looking in to a BB.
